Basic questions about your dog's age, breed, symptoms, how you administered the drops, and what you observed. Takes 2-3 minutes. No essay required.

Once your questionnaire is submitted, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement.

Our guarantee covers 90 days from your delivery date. After that, we will not process refunds.
